Le Pop Punk ou Punk Pop est un genre musical fusion entre le Teen Rock et le Punk-Rock. Dans cette musique la Power Pop est aussi très bien représentée. Un des premiers disques du genre est le “Love Bites” des BUZZCOCKS, enregistré entre le 29 juillet 1978 et le 6 août 1978.
